Jason Hoh is the founder of OXWISE ® GROUP, a shirt and uniforms supplier and manufacturer in Malaysia. With a passion for textile and clothing industry, Jason Hoh saw an opportunity to offer customization options, such as embroidery or screen printing, to help customers create a unique look for their uniforms and has been dedicated to making that vision a reality.

Prior to founding OXWISE ® GROUP, Jason Hoh honed their skills and gained valuable experience since 2009 in textile apparel line and industry. Their passion for innovation and drive for success has been a driving force behind OXWISE ® GROUP’s rapid growth and success.

When not at the office, Jason Hoh can be found playing soccer. He is also an avid supporter of NGOs for orphanages and actively works to give back to the community through donations.

Tay Xin Hui is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Oxwise (M) Sdn Bhd, a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the apparel and manufacturing industry. With a vision rooted in innovation, quality, and long-term sustainability, Tay leads the overall strategic direction, operations, and growth of the company.

As CEO, Tay Xin Hui holds comprehensive leadership over all departments in the organization, ensuring seamless coordination and performance across the board:

Marketing & Branding: She leads the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the Oxwise brand, drive market presence, and engage target audiences across digital and traditional platforms.

Sales & Business Development: Under her guidance, the sales team is driven by performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and continuous expansion into new markets. Tay actively oversees key account relationships and sales pipeline development.

Production & Quality Control: Tay ensures that Oxwise’s production processes meet the highest standards of efficiency and product quality. She closely monitors manufacturing timelines, compliance, and supply chain optimization to guarantee timely and premium output.

Human Resources: Tay plays a vital role in building a strong organizational culture, leading talent acquisition, staff development, and employee engagement initiatives. She believes in empowering her team with the tools, values, and opportunities to grow alongside the business.

Finance & Corporate Governance: With full responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal management, Tay ensures the company’s financial health, compliance, and long-term profitability. She also leads corporate governance and risk management practices.
